As a Kansas Citian, I knew Am. 4 would pass, but it's still devastating. 25% of our city's general revenue will go to the KCPD with no local oversight on how it's spent. I'm truly sick of my city being purposefully defunded, so the MO GOP can fake being "tough on crime", knowing they're the problem.
