Dinner and RDR2. Trader Joes and microwave rice. Threw away half of the rice so I wouldn’t over portion. Rice was 2/10, so don’t recommend. TJs is 10/10. And of course, Steven got a bowl of chicken for his dinner.
Why can’t we have Kwik-Trip and Kwik-Star nationwide?! Best range of food selection ever for a trucker.

Went back to reverse sear, and it came out perfect. I think the bone affects the heat distribution in the pan, hence the previous issues with the T-bone. A little glaze of A1 and yum!
