Do I need to replace this soil pipe joint with a rough cut on top? Do I need to dig out the concrete to make a clean cut beneath beneath the waste pipes? It's welded onto the brown pipe underneath, and I can't fit a push fit over the cut as it was part of a soil branch/bend
