Flowarts are a type of performance art that involves moving some kind of object around in interesting and visually striking ways to achieve a "Flow State". **Flow State** is a state of mind in which a person is wholly engaged in and focused on an activity, clearing the mind of all other thoughts. Flowarts are a way to achieve flow state, get exercise, strengthen mind-body connection, increase spatial awareness, and develop ambidexterity. This sub is a place to learn, share, and teach flowarts.
