You could argue that Kaido could beat Luffy in a new fight if Kaido went with a completely different strategy, which I would agree with, but no one who hasn't been proven to be as strong as Kaido can beat Luffy, who doesn't use g5, easier than HIGH OR EXTREME DIFF.

I think that even though with G5, Luffy has the stats of a Yonko Tier, the time limit is too much of a hindrance to put him on that tier.

Personally, I don't think anyone who faces Luffy in 1v1 from now on will win against Luffy. Maybe there may be a few characters that are a little stronger than Luffy in 1v1, but I think ODA will no longer put Luffy in a fight that he will lose.
