I have a box fan the lowest speed runs very fast being plugged into a regular outlet. Could I split a regular USB-C (or microUSB) cable, connect ground and pos on the plug end of the fan and use a regular usb chargee to reduce the output thus reducing the speed or is it more complicated than that?
