Why do I get these icons say "High Resource Costs" I have heaps of farms around suppling these goods and great traffic flow and low taxes. Is it a bug?

Why is this train doing this? It has a dedicated line on the left. I posted a second image to show it. (I can't post an image and a vid in this post.) I can't stretch the NODE out at all.

Does anyone know how to remove this Taxi drop-off/Pickup point from within the railway station? It appears to be imbedded. It causes a major issue with traffic at times. Thx.

Why does this happen? I have trains and buses going to all outside connections but suddenly, for no apparent reason, sporadically, the freeways become clogged with taxis. I don't understand why. Any ideas?
