Definitely something wrong. I get 26000 with a 13600k. It's either already a fried CPU, or it's just thermal throttling due to, to much heat or voltage or both

Temp never over 65 degrees link in another comment has screenshots but I'm lost in this now it has been a journey the last year with this cpu and I'm wondering if it is damaged or something set wrong i have found it difficult to work out as so many different variations online with same chip diff board etc

it’s possible you’ve got that shit thermal protection or whatever it’s called , enabled which throttles the cpu if it reaches 90c
