Don't Tell Riders "NO" or they'll impact your rating... LOL!! A Rider gave me a 1-Star rating because I wouldn't make an "unauthorized stop". I told the Rider to add a "stop" but the Rider said it'll cost more. Well Sorry Sir, I don't do "unauthorized stops". You'll get 1-Star Rating Too! Bye!
