I always was a tinkerer, just like my dad. He recently died and I inherited all his tools. It was very overwhelming, and it felt so disrespectful to just pile his tools up in a corner while I dealt with all the rest. So I started sorting and using them. I still don't know what half the stuff is but without knowing it, my dad gave me a last gift. Woodworking/tinkering makes me zen for the first time in my life.

Actually, I am from India and am a CS engineer by qualification. I came up with the idea of utilising my spare time in doing something creative and also earn some extra bucks. Woodworking is more of a hobby for me. I would get to learn quite a few new things in this work. I have already purchased some heavy duty machinery with my own money. I intend to do this work whenever I am free and am in the mood to work. I also plan to start working on small IoT projects soon. I feel there should be creativity in life.
