r/religiousfruitcake is about the absurd, fringe elements of organized religion: institutions and individuals who act in ways any normal person (religious or otherwise) would cringe at. - The purpose of /r/religiousfruitcake is not to bash normal religion or normal religious folk. - The purpose is to expose Fruitcakes: fringe, extremist individuals and organizations.

Need help identifying this pine. Grandfather who grew it from seed claimed it was a "white pine," but it has only two needles per fascicle and completely different cones. Possibly lodgepole pine? Growing in NW Oregon and freely reseeding (second pic is a seedling from the tree).

A subreddit centered on the phenomenon of mass murder and the perpetrators who commit them, their motivations, crimes and the psychology of these individuals. This subreddit is not meant to glorify mass killers, but rather to discuss and attempt to understand their behavior. A mass killer is defined as one person who kills 3 or more individuals arbitrarily in a contained population at a single point in time. This includes mass shooters, bombers, terrorists, and family annihilators.
