SC, big old oak tree fell on house during hurricane last fall. Is this structurally sound? Roofers telling me it doesn't matter because "it's just a corner". Still arguing about 5 other busted rafters that were in contract for replacement but never touched. Am I in a hire a lawyer situation now? Thx
