Struggling with hygiene for a while. I am going crazy

Of course! To add on some more info as I remember things lol -I said 2x a month for washing sheets & towels but since you sweat more often, every week is ideal. It will keep things fresh, especially since we spend close to if not more than 8 hours laying in bed asleep every night. That’s 56 hours a week of sweating yenno? So all those blankets, pillowcases etc need washing. I would even go further and say the pillowcases may need a sooner refresh because that oil and sweat will be rubbing all over your face for those hours. I personally use a satin bonnet to protect my hair and face. It keeps my hair products off my pillowcase and off my skin. (: it’s best to have at least 2 sets of sheets and pillowcases for this reason so you can swap them while washing the used ones. -I also recommend using a bidet. Tp sometimes has the tendency to rip and get left behind, which will also hold onto sweat and smells. There are also baby wipes and individual wipes like these that can be taken out in public to ensure you’re always cleaned up!

I usually stick with vanilla scents as they are my favorite. The one I’m currently using constantly is the Victoria secret bare vanilla. I also heard petroleum jelly helps scents lasts longer as well but I haven’t seen any difference when I try.
