As another commenter stated, it doesn't sound like they added you to anything. You are just factually the driver who was involved in the claim, so your information will be in the claim report. They wouldn't list your mom as the at fault driver just because she owns the policy when you were the one that was driving. You seem to fundamentally misunderstand the fact that an ACCIDENT REPORT reflects the parties involved in the accident, which can vary from who is listed on a policy as a driver.

You didn't read what I said correctly it seems. I said that I know I will have an AT FAULT accident on my record. What I said is that on Lexis Nexis, they are reporting that I was on Progressive Insurance which I wasn't.
