Any idea what this is? My 5yr old has this angry red patches behind his tighs and knees. It seem like an allergy or an irritation? but definitely not psoriasis. When i was bathing him earlier he says it stings. Any suggestion what remedy is good for the mean time till im able to bring him to a pedia
