Back in the saddle mostly
I had a small hairline fracture in my wrist that is almost completely pain-free now. Not lifting bags for a month definitely hurt progress, but not as badly as I’d feared.
The kind of quarter squats at the end come courtesy of The Stone Circle’s latest video. I could definitely feel the stretch in my back!
My 2025 goal is to shoulder 300 lb by the end of the year. Let’s get it!
