Last session to end the training week: 10 rounds, every 2 min on the min of 1 double KB Snatch to Push Press, into a SB clean to push press/jerk. Worked up from 20 to 24 to 28 kg x 2 for the KB's, and 125 lb to 150 lb with the SB. Failed 2 out of 5 150 lb SB jerks, and 1 175 lb jerk last round.
