This looks wrong!

Hello all you clever people I am not one of you please help me understand! I have the following issue all I see are scores for the 13900k being over 35k on cinebench r23 for multi core mine is 23k which is meh. I have updated all the new bios to "fix" the 13 gen problem and I have managed to get stable. Before this I was getting bsods,games crashing especially stellaris,civ6 etc also had issues in hunt and tarkov guessing the first few take more cpu the last two I thought was ram/graphics card or easy anti cheat The single core scores 2095 which I thinks good. So the settings I have on power are the standard intel ones now pl1/2 at 253w and iccMax 307A. Main questions are how do I raise this but be stable and do I need too? Just want pc to run as good as it should. Only use it to play games

Also thanks for any help I've been pouring over posts and can rarely find anything that makes sense to me
