PC restarts constantly

Build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4500 6-Core Processor

Motherboard: PRIME B550M-K

RAM: 2x8Gb 3200Mhz

PSU: Corsair RM750e

GPU: 3080

Before I had a 2060S and a 650w PSU, after changing the PSU and GPU to the ones listed above my pc started restarting randomly no BSOD. Freeze and Restart. Only error is kernel 41.

RAM rested, PSU tested, GPU test. All okay

Changed back to old GPU and PSU. Worked as normal.

A tech i know told me to change my NVME SSD for a SATA SSD, now my system is stable. Running games in ultra.

Tried with a new NVME SSD with a clean Windows install. Same error. Tried NVME SSDs in another system and they worked perfectly.

Why changing my NVME SSD for a SATA SSD solved the issue? Im sitting on 1,5 Tb of storage I cant use because they crash my system. Please help!
