Why do xaviersobased album covers suck?

I’ve never heard anyone speak on this but I wanna point out that xavier’s album covers completely suck. Nobody else seems to think this but specifically the cover art for keep it goin xav. My main question is why make good music and then put an ass cover it’s so easy to just make a good cover
