How do i shoot without them grabbing my balls when i finally have them

I got into a fight yesterday and i went for a take down and i did get it, but my opponent grabbed me by the testicles and i had to tough it out until i had him on the ground. I don't want to be groped like that everytime i shoot in a street fight, so how do i not?
