Am I missing something?

I just recently started playing arenas consistently, and I just can’t fucking move? Just CC after CC. The entire match I’m either slowed, poly, feared, etc… how do people play this and not lose their minds as a melee class?

I mean cool, there’s a trinket that removes CC. That’s awesome, but the cooldown is 2 minutes and I’m getting CC’d probably every 2 seconds. Why is there so much CC? The game would be so much more fun if they would tone this down a little bit.
