HELP !! Best way to sand our cabin?

Looking for recommendations on the most efficient way to sand our cabin. The tounge and groove pine is coated in Poly.

Was thinking about using a drywall sander with 40 grit. However, not sure how to get in the crevices.

Its not the worst.. but I didn't think the polyurethane would yellow the pine this much. Any advice would be appreciated!
