How good is senna right now?

For my past few ranked games (Diamond), almost every game runs senna. they pair it with jhin, sivir, or nilah, zeri. i wondered if she's good rn because of the durability update or just many people like her. i really like her kit, but kind of stopped playing her. do you think she's ideal for climbing?
