Whatsapp locked me out of my own account 🙂

WhatsApp just locked me out of my own account and whenever I try to log back in I don’t receive any OTP on my phone’s sms nor does the OTP thru phone call work(as u can see in the pic). I cant reach out to their support helpline either as there’s no email or live chat on their site. I really need my account back cuz there’s practically no way for me to contact my uni project groups. Does someone here know how I can reach out to their team or file a complaint?
