New owner of WSM 18" - mod suggestions

Earlier today, I picked up my new WSM. I'm pretty excited to get it fired up. I have noticed gaps in the door, so I can see that there will be some smoke leakage. I'm here to get mod suggestions for improvement. New door? Gasket? Anything else? While I'm mostly interested in reducing smoke leakage, I'm open to any and all mod suggestions. I don't know what I don't know. So hit me with it all.
