Are grab and go items artificially more expensive?

I saw a bag of chips, like a medium sized bag for one person, for like 2.50. I go to our end where we're selling family sized Tortilla chips, and it's the same price even tho one is clearly more value.

Whenever I'm on lunch I always go to the grab and go, so if it's more expensive I wanna know 😂
