D2D 4K Upgrade Question

So I just converted my Seven Blu-ray and I’m seeing that a lot of people just recently had their Seven HDXs upgraded for free to 4K… could I maybe be expecting one as well? Or am I just unlucky and should I have converted a couple days ago😅
