guy taking pictures of girls

im not sure if anyone else has noticed but there's a guy in CRIM1001 and SCLG1002 (as far as i'm aware) that i've seen just straight up turning around in his seat and taking pictures of people. i don't know for sure if it's the same person but either way i've seen it happen in both tutorials and lectures.

has anyone seen him? my main question is if i tell a staff member, who should it be? i don't know who this guy is, what his name is. i don't know what anyone could do.
