Package Delayed and Hasn’t Arrived in 10 days

I am reaching out to you all because usps customer support sucks. I have a package that was impacted by snow in my city. It’s at the regional facility and is still sitting there after 3 days. But I have had 3 other packages move through the exact same facility without a problem during the snow storm. I don’t understand why this package which I ordered in December and didn’t ship until January is taking so long. It was supposed to get here last week but it has been issue after issue. I don’t understand why this one was delayed but all of the others were not and went through the same facility at the same time as the other delayed package. Nowadays it seems like every courier service sucks, ups, usps, fedex etc. so I’m reaching out to see what you all think and how I should go about this. Oh and the roads are fine, it was about an inch of snow that was cleared instantly so it can’t be “sick roads”.
