Rant: all my peers are doing so good and apparently I’m not

I’ve always been a super average student. But recently my peers in my uni classes have been coming in complaining about their grades saying they did so bad when it was literally just a score in the 60-70s. I get those regularly! It makes me feel kind of bad I feel like I’m not doing as well as I thought. Has anyone else had this problem? My mate also just told me his wam was really bad at a 74 and I was just flabbergasted because how is that bad? I get it, most students doing science are trying to get into medicine (in my experience) which means everyones super smart but consistent 80+ grades in everything? Honestly i just feel bad now, i didnt think i was doing so terribly. Even though its not vce 🤣 i still feel a need to compare to my peers. Welp, i wonder if anyone else has felt this overpending doom that everyone else is better…
