Cleaning Fees

I had a rider tonight who ordered Uber X, she must have seen that I drive an SUV with third row because when I got there, 6 people got in. (I'm assuming they cancelled their Uber since they saw they could all fit in mine.) Nevertheless, I picked them up, and one girl was sloppy drunk. She made a complete mess on my third row seat. I had to pull over for like 10 minutes to let her barf. Meanwhile, I told her to get in the front seat; so I could keep my eyes on her.

When I reached out to Uber support about the issue, they told me that along with the pictures I would have to submit a receipt for the cleaning. My response was, "so if I clean it myself she gets away with this?" I have yet to get a response.

I am going to find the most expensive detailer in the area and get a receipt. Let's see how they like that.

I'm so pissed off.
