Will a warrant keep me from traveling internationally to Japan?

I live in Hawaii and got pulled over and ticketed for driving without a safety check and insurance. Cop gave me a ticket and a court date. Issue is they didn’t explain the court part too well. I wrongfully assumed the court date was for me to argue my case against the fine or whatever and I didn’t want to take off from work just to go plead guilty. I would just pay off the ticket when I got a chance.

Fast forward a couple weeks and I get pulled over for a dead taillight bulb. Cop lets me go with a warning but informs me I have a warrant out.

I fully plan on dealing with it immediately but I go on a trip to Japan next week. Will the warrant get me flagged at TSA or customs? And will it prevent me from entering the country once I get to Japan?

TLDR: Will a bench warrant from not appearing in traffic court keep me from traveling internationally to Japan?
