Which Pharmacies do not require proof of current tirzepatide dosage?

Curious as to what people's experience has been. Different posts on folks transitioning from local MD semaglutide or Mounjaro to compounding or between competing compounding pharmacies for a myriad of reasons - service, quality, pricing, etc... My question: Which pharmacies do or do not require proof of current tirzepatide dosage? When I switched from Emerge to LSH, I completed the documents, was not asked to provide proof. Easy transition.
