Cannot find Strega blueprint

I got my first Strega today as a drop from an enemy. The crafting station does not allow me to reconfigure it, saying "Acquire the specific Exotic to be able to purchase its reconfigure blueprint from Inaya." However, when going to Inaya, it says there's no blueprints for me to buy. What's going on?
