Does new QM6K feature the Pentonic 800?

I was wondering if the new QM6K feature a Pentonic 800 (since the QM8B uses a Pentonic 700), or maybe a newer one.. Because I am planning of buying one of the 2 and I would like to know if there is any major difference or dealbreaking features.
