White highlights healed yellow-ish?

Hi all, I got this tattoo on my leg back in February 2024, so it has since been healed. However, I noticed that all the white highlights on this tattoo healed kind of yellow-ish and the skin on these areas seem traumatized/wrinklier than the rest of the areas? I've had other tattoos with white highlights before and they all fade to just a lighter version of my skin, but these seem to have healed very strangely. For reference, this tattoo hurt more than usual while healing, so I wonder if my artist was just too rough?

Is there anything I can do at this point? Should I ask for a touchup (would that help with the discoloration?)? Just keep applying lotion diligently? Any advice is appreciated!
