Bought tickets for a music festival thru vivid seats

Hey guys, I bought 4-day GA tickets for Suwannee Hulaween this weekend (Thursday to Sunday) for my girlfriend and me through Vivid Seats. They were a great deal, so we went for it.

We were supposed to receive the tickets via electronic transfer this past Thursday (10/17), but now it’s Sunday (10/20) and still no tickets. I called customer service, and they tried contacting the seller, but there was no answer. They also mentioned a note saying the tickets won’t be available until at least 72 hours before the event, which would be tomorrow.

Customer service told me if we don’t have the tickets by Wednesday, they’ll either replace them or issue a refund, but they can’t offer a refund right now. I’m starting to get a bit worried and wondering if this might be a scam since we know another couple in the same situation.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice or insight would be really appreciated! Thanks!
