How can I be wrong

Hey guys !

So I bought shoes last week and received them yesterday.

I was inspecting them and realize there was no insoles in the shoe. I then proceeded to open a ticket and they mentioned the tag have been removed so I can’t go further.

I cannot be more sure that I didn’t touch anything and received the shoes in this condition.

Did that already happened to one of you ?

Always ordered shoes on StockX and never got any issues, but they’re automated replies saying the tag in not in the original condition kinda pisses me off.
