Best side missions

I think I am pretty late game and am in the middle of the one were you have to hunt down the 3 seperate mutant collars for that one scientist (can't remember the name) and man, this mission is super fun. I like a lot of the side missions but this one by far is my favorite. Any one have a favorite side quest? Any others of this scale/quality or just a really memorable one that maybe I missed?
