VIP complaints

Posted this somewhere else as a comment, but I’d like to hear your take on VIP.

I paid over $700 for a VIP wrist band, only to have no knowledge of any VIP sets because there was no internet connect or signal anywhere. That’s kind of okay; they mentioned that. But this is how they got information across for only one of the sets—a piece of paper taped in the VIP lounge https://imgur.com/a/BnvZhqT , which closes early, this was there later on in the days so the window of opportunity to know if there was a late night set was impossible.

We had to keep checking every VIP toilet for toilet paper, and the vip showers were no different from the regular showers, besides not having water come out of the shower heads after Friday. I showered Thursday and attempted to shower Friday, and Saturday, and they didn’t have water for the three stalls I was in. Not hot water on Friday’s stall. It was also extremely disgusting. The people checking the badges didn’t even actually check the badges. They just let people though Willy nilly, which would be okay if we didn’t have to wait so long for a shower, only to find out there’s no water.

I resorted to showering in the water fill station area because it actually had water and pressure. Not to mention the showers were mentioned to be 10am to 10pm, and instead it was 7am-7pm.

Also, the VIP entrance was closed until 4 pm. Why have an entrance then? And why would the VIP area matter when there’s a mirrored side for GA?

In the GA campground, a drugged up homie started breaking this camper’s sound system and tried to steal his jackery battery. He fought the camper for half an hour before another camp goer got involved. When we walked to security to point out the drugged up guy who was walking RIGHT BY THEM, they asked him what they were supposed to do about it and just let the other guy walk around freely. Then they started telling him he shouldn’t have stuff out if he doesn’t want anyone tampering with it. I want to note that this asshole was going around pushing down people’s tables under their canopies, and the security did jack shit even after being told. For reference, this was in the second set of porta potties on the bottom part of the map.

There were 0 lights after the first two rows of GA camping on the right side. The amount of times people stepped in shit water by the porta potties was disgusting.

They didn’t even refill the water in the sink washing area—they only changed the potties twice, and it was drowning in shit in the sun. Like what the actual hell? The only sol fest people who passed by GA were the ICE ICE ICE! people.

So messed up. I’d encourage you guys to do a chargeback on VIP wristbands.
