Help my sleep

Yo guys,

I was gonna write this yesterday but ended up not doing it. Now it’s 5:50 AM, and I’m literally in the middle of it, so here we go…

Lately, I’ve been going through it. I’m 19 and studying abroad in Germany, far from my family. I’ve always handled responsibilities well—I’ve worked jobs, dealt with pressure, and kept things together. But recently, it’s been hitting different.

Sleep? Basically nonexistent. I wake up at 3 AM or 5 AM, stay up for a while, then somehow knock out again. It’s stressing me out heavy, and I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried natural and chemical medicine, but nothing works. Also, just to put it out there—the room temp is fine. I’m usually a cold person, so I don’t even turn the heater on, but when I wake up, I’m burning up like crazy.

I don’t wanna stress my family, but this is messing with me—physically and mentally. But i need help ASAP because i dont know what to do, and every day I go through tiredness and stress
