Character you find most annoying and why?

Definitely Cicero for me; his voice is so annoying and loud, that I have to turn the volume off before speaking to him, otherwise I get literal shivers up my spine. Also the dance he does is just stupid and the way he wails, aaarrghh, poooor mother! is truly terrible.
