I don’t know what to do

Sorry for the shitty text on the image but I just don’t know what to do right now

I need I guess just any advice, I don’t care how shitty it is. I really think I’m Bi, but I’m so scared about what people would think of me. My parents already make fun of me for looking like a girl, and my dad’s the most conservative Christian I’ve ever met. My friends aren’t any better either. They all make fun of stuff like that. I just don’t know what to do, am I just supposed to keep my mouth shut?
