Barun 9 doesn't shave well, should I replace it?

I bought 5.5 years ago the Braun 9 and recently replaced the head (3d time since I bought the razor). And it doesn't shave my face well, it leaves hair on my face and my neck. After almost 6 years with this razor, does it make sense to replace to a better electric razor? There is any better electric razor than the Braun 9?
