Religious visions/internal hallucinations

Visions of hell blood and torture with coinciding dreams of hell and torture are making me feel nervous and like I’m seeing something that’s real And delusion that I’m currently in a hell realm while I simultaneously live my life Slightly disturbing and troubling, I’ve had religious delusions that God was speaking to me (not always with words) and this is feeding into that delusion slightly but in a different (and much scarier way) This is while I’m at work (currently) in the bathroom as I type this I’m going to take extra medication tonight before I go to bed
