Runna Coaching vs Garmin question
Hello - wondering if anyone has any advice. I currently have an Apple Watch and have gotten more in to running this year as I was training for a Hyrox. As I plan to do even more running in 2025 I was going to get myself a Garmin but instead decided to download Runna and use the coaching. Did my first run today (easy run) and was a little disappointed as there was no guidance during the run apart from pacing at the end of each kilometer.
Firstly is there a way to get more voice guidance or was it just because I was doing an easy run? I was expecting 'speed ii / slow down' etc. Are the interval runs more guided? Secondly what are your thoughts on Runna + Strava and Apple Watch vs Garmin and Garmin Coach?
