Help with RuneScape Survival

Hey so this isn’t the right place but I have no idea where to reach out, and I made an X account but says I have to pay to message certain accounts on X. I got an email for the Project Survival alpha but cannot join the discord link within the email. Doesn’t work on phone or pc. Using the same discord I signed up with, anyone know where or how I can get support?
