why do people shoot other people's vehicles for absolutely no reason at all? (player rant)

whenever go pick up weapons in the gun shop in the small town, there's always that one annoying kid that shoots my tires for absolutely no reason, and sometimes they'll keep trying to gun you down for no reason.

Earlier i tried to get some weapons in the small town and some kid popped my tires while i was equipping my guns, who then got in a concept with a friend. I then back up until i hit the wall of the 1m garage that's facing the gun shop and sniper their car. Power plant then opened and i drove away to rob the power plant. Until i noticed them chasing me on the minimal, i didn't think much of it since i just thought they wanted to rob power plant too.

After acquiring some precious uranium, i go to my car and find two guys waiting for me to emerge from the power plant, who then gun my car down with ak's, popping my tires two times and loosing some money on the robbery. then a cop came in and arrested those two, i kill the cop and when i had the chance to break them out, i just drove away with a smile on my face.
