Transcript and entering course information for AMCAS

I have some questions about filling out the course information portion of the app and sending transcripts if someone does not mind answering them.

1) I sent my school transcripts a couple days ago electronically through Parchment using the AMCAS ID. On parchment, I received a notification saying that the transcripts have been delivered, however on the AMCAS portal, it shows that 0 transcripts have been received. I do not think that is right and am wondering if anyone else has run into this issue or if there is usually a lag.

2) I took classes at a community college that were transferred to my undergrad uni and I am not sure if I should enter the class names as they appear on the community college transcript, or on my undergraduate university transcript. Also, do I need to order an official transcripts for myself from all schools I attended to enter in course information, or would unofficial transcripts suffice?

3) For people that took classes abroad, did you end up needing to request transcripts from your school abroad if you have the transcript for the US school they were affiliated with? The AMCAS applicant guide says that they are not required, although I also read that med schools end up asking for them anyways.
